Jerrold Krystoff is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and developer in Florida and has been participating in various real estate investments and developments since 1979. Mr. Krystoff is the Co-Founder and Principal of Hospitality Development Group, Inc. which was established in 1998. Mr. Krystoff was also a co-founder and Principal of Colonial Development Group LLC, the developer of various prestigious projects including W Fort Lauderdale Hotel & Residences, Infinity at Brickell and Europa by The Sea. Mr. Krystoff has also served as Trustee for various Florida Land Trusts as well as being a beneficiary in certain trusts which owns various real estate properties.

Mr. Krystoff’s development experience includes hospitality, high-rise residential, commercial, retail and healthcare with over $2 billion dollars in various development projects.

Mr. Krystoff’s various roles and responsibilities on various projects include but are not limited to legal, finance, sales & marketing, advertising, public relations, procurement of hotel brands and government liaison for various governmental approvals.

John Deinhardt

President

John Deinhardt brings a history of successfully directing all project management services required on any project, including coordinating all trades and entities involved in the development and construction of large-scale projects, monitoring project budgets, cash flows and schedules, value-engineering, and liaising with all applicable regulatory agencies.

He has a proven ability to negotiate all contracts and contract scopes with the design and marketing teams, legal representation as well as all contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in any given project. He is also well known for his strong design capabilities - guiding the Ownership and development teams to successful, efficient and economical projects.

Having started at a very young age, Mr. Deinhardt has been involved in the Development, Design and Construction industries for over 40 years. He grew up in Columbus, Ohio, where he attended the Ohio State University, graduating with a degree in Architecture, as well as minors in Business Administration and Contract Law. He has been a licensed Florida State Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Salesperson for nearly 30 years.

As President and Partner of Palazzo del Lago, LLC, together w/ the two Ft Lauderdale- based principals, he is charged with assisting with and overseeing all aspects of the development and construction of the Palazzo Del Lago Resort Orlando, a $1.2 billion 2,352-key mega-resort & conference center project on Orlando’s world-renowned International Drive. He has served in similar capacities as a part of Ownership of the W Fort Lauderdale Resort & Residences, Infinity at Brickell, Europa By-the-Sea, Marriott Residence Inn (fka Spa Atlantis Resort & Spa - an 89-unit oceanfront condo-hotel and spa), Port of the Islands Resort & Marina (a waterfront resort east of Naples, including a condo-hotel, condominiums and full-facility deep-water marina), American Airlines Arena (home of the Miami Heat), BB&T Center (home of the Florida Panthers), Jackson Tower Las Olas (a 30-story luxury condominium) and many others.
